If you need additional information for the breakdown of a folder's contents, then look no further than our Get Info feature.
To see this information, simply click on the three dots on a Folder, then go down to 'More' and select 'Get info'.
Figure 1: Navigate to Get Info
Once you do, the Folder Summary modal will pop up as shown in Figure 2.
Figure 2: Folder Summary
The folder summary will display all sorts of information, including:
- The number of active files
- The size of active files in the folder, including what percentage of your allotted storage it takes up
- The number of archived files
- The size of archived files in the folder (which does not count towards allotted storage)
Please note that our storage is measured in GiB, not in GB (even though the display shows GB and TB). GB is based on the decimal system, where a GB is 1000³ and a KB being 1000 bytes. GiB is based on the binary system, where a GiB is 1024³ and KiB would be 1024 bytes. One exception to this, is when a File Inventory Report is generated, the file size is in bytes. To compare the file sizes from that report, it would necessary to divide by 1024 the necessary amounts if trying to get to the matching GiB (three times) in the Get Info or if getting TiB (four times).
