Company Network admins can set two-factor authentication (or multi-factor authentication) to be required by users in order to access a Company Network. This can help provide an extra layer of security for access into a Company Network and the Workspaces within.
In order to set this up, please follow these steps:
Access the Company Network settings by clicking on your account settings, and then navigate to the Company Network you wish to set up 2FA for.

Navigate to the Security tab.

Next, click on "Require two-factor authentication".

Finally, "Require Authentication".

2FA is now set for the Company Network, and any users who attempt to access any Workspaces within the Company Network will be required to set up 2FA on their accounts.
You can make exceptions for some users by clicking on the Exceptions button, and inputting a list of emails for users who do not need to have 2FA turned on in order to access Company Network Workspaces.
To guide users within your Workspaces on how to set this up, please see the article Setting up MFA (multi-factor authentication).
Without 2FA enabled on their account, they will not be able to access the Workspaces within a Company Network. When a user logs in and attempts to access the Company Network, they will be asked to set up 2FA on their account. Also, the Workspace thumbnail box will have an icon that warns 2FA will be required to access it.

When a user navigates to Sign In & Security, they can also see that 2FA will be required to access X amount of Workspaces.

In order to enable 2FA, users must also make sure to verify their account.
Disable 2FA Requirement
You can also disable 2FA for the Company Network by clicking "Disable 2FA Requirement".
Then Disable 2FA Requirement.
