Team Workspaces can be adjusted via the Network Administrator panel.
Default Workspace settings can be changed so that all new workspaces have set settings upon creation. Changing the Default Workspace settings will NOT affect spaces that already exist.
You can also edit individual Workspace Settings. For more information regarding individual Workspace settings, please see Manage Individual Team Workspaces.
For now, we will show how to edit the Default Workspace settings, and what each section within the settings mean.
To access the Default Workspace settings, please navigate to your Company Network, and then to Workspaces. Next, click on Workspace Defaults.

Here, Network Admins are able to set what features are allowed on creation for a Workspace.
The default amount of storage a workspace is allowed to utilize can be modified here. Once the storage limit is reached, users in the workspace will be unable to add files. Please also note that there is a toggle for either MB, GB, and TB.
Features that can be toggled here include:
- Aspera Transfers
- Archive & Restore
- Expedited Restore (please note using this feature will incur additional costs)
- Visual Watermark Download
- Forensic Watermark
Watermark Workspace
Figure 3: Workspace Defaults - Watermark Workspace
Here, you can have a watermark be displayed on all content within the Workspace and in any new or existing MediaBoxes. PLEASE NOTE: Under the Workspace Defaults tab, this is a default setting that will apply to new Workspaces, but the watermark will NOT be retroactively added to any other pre-existing Workspaces.
You can also edit the watermark, and doing so will open the Edit Company Network Watermark modal, as shown in Figure 4 below.
