Have you ever had a long list of people you constantly need to add to each MediaBox over and over again? Tired of typing each email out one by one?
Then, distribution lists are here to make your workflow process just that tiniest bit more streamlined!
Distribution Lists at Ci Media Cloud are NOT the same as normal distribution lists for emails. These are meant to be used as quick input lists, and when used, it will help populate the contacts list quickly versus inputting each email individually.
To create a Distribution List, please do the following:
Navigate to the Company Network view and click on the tab "Distribution Lists".

Next, click on 'Create a Distribution List".
You will then be greeted with the Create Distribution List modal. From there, you can name the list, and add the emails of people you want to be included in that list. Once you have named the list, and populated it with the desired amount of contacts, hit Save Changes.

Now, you will be able to use the newly created Distribution List when sending out invite links.
For example, if you were to share a MediaBox, you will be able to select a distribution list instead of typing out each email. To access the Distribution List modal, click on icon at the end where you would enter email addresses. Afterwards, you will be able to select your desired Distribution List.

Once you have clicked your desired Distribution List, the emails will automatically populate.
Editing a Distribution List
If you need to make changes to a Distribution List, you can do so by navigating back to the Distribution List view in the Company Portal. From there, you can open the following modal:

You can add or remove members as well as rename it.
Please Note: If you edit the Distribution List, new members will NOT be added to previously existing share links. If you remove members, they will not be removed either.
To add or remove new members, you will need to do this manually.
Figure 7 will show how updating the Distribution List will not automatically input new or removed members:

In Figure 7, you can see that there are only 3 people listed, but the Distribution List says there are 4 contacts.
You can re-add the newly updated Distribution List and it will populate any new members that were added since it's previous creation.
