After a user logs in, he/she is greeted with the Dashboard. The Dashboard contains a list of Workspaces and Catalogs the user has access to and consists of four logical areas: Navigation Tab, Networks filter, Spaces Tab, and Activity Stream:

Dashboard Navigation Tab
Navigation Tab is located in the left part of the Dashboard and offers several shortcuts for quick and simple access to the content:

Upon click on Navigation Menu icon the user gets quick access (depending on the current settings) either to a list of all pinned and recently visited Workspaces and Catalogs or to a list of all Workspaces and Catalogs the user has access to, as well as the possibility to perform search across all accessible Spaces or filter Spaces by name:

Upon click on the Search icon, the user gets the ability to search for content across all Spaces he/she has access to, including search by metadata names/values.

The user should click on the MediaBoxes icon in order to get to the list of Sent/Received MediaBoxes. The list allows the user to filter MediaBoxes by type, status, and Space, as well as search for a MediaBox by its title, notes, creator and recipients:

To get to the list of WorkSessions he/she has created or has been invited to, the user should click on the WorkSessions icon.
The list of WorkSessions allows the user to filter sessions by status, application, Space of origin as well as search for a WorkSession by its title:

Just like with MediaBoxes, the user should click on the File Request icon in order to get to the list of Sent/Received File Requests. The list allows the user to filter File Requests by type, status, and Space, as well as search for an FR by its title

Further below in the Navigation Tab goes the user's avatar. Upon click on it, the user will get access to a link to the Account Settings page, a possibility to open a Support ticket, get familiar with the most recent product updates, read the Ci blog and Terms of Service, switch between Dark and Light modes, and log out:

Upon click on the help icon, the user will be able to perform a quick search on Ci knowledge base or submit a Support ticket.

Click on the Collapse Panel icon allows users to collapse/expand the Networks filter.
Networks filter
The Networks filter is located to the right of the Navigation tab and provides the user with an option to select one or multiple Company Networks and/or switch between Catalogs and Workspaces:

Spaces area
This area of the Dashboard contains Spaces (Workspaces/Catalogs) the user has access to:

Spaces on the Dashboard could be displayed as Large Cards, Small Cards (as seen in Figure 8) or List. To change the view, the user should select option from “Viewing” drop-down at the right-hand corner of the Dashboard view.
The advantage of List View is its sortable columns. The user can sort Spaces by Type, Name, the amount of occupied storage, Last Activity and whether or not the Workspace is pinned.
Activity Stream
Activity Stream contains various details about activities across the Spaces the user has access to (for example, MediaBoxes and FileRequests creation, user invites, etc). Activity stream can be expanded/collapsed by clicking on the "Open Panel" button:
