To open the Network Administrator panel, please follow this guidance:
Click on your avatar, which will invoke a drop-down menu, then click on “Account Settings”:

From there, the Admin will be taken to a page, which allows them to manage their account & Networks:

The panel provides you with a number of capabilities, such as:
— overview Network settings and statistics;
— add or remove Network Administrators;
— add or remove Network members;
— create and edit Distribution Lists;
— add, manage and delete Team Workspaces;
— see the Network usage analytics;
— brand your Network;
