If you wish to move a file or a group of files, just select it/them and drag and drop the file(s) to the desirable location folder on the File Navigation Menu on the left hand side of the screen. Additionally, you can select multiple files and folders together and move them to the left.
If you wish to move your files to another Workspace, just right click on the folder and select "Send to Workspace". Alternatively, select the file, move to the lower right hand side of the screen, click on "Send" and select "To Workspace".
Both actions will lead you to the "Send to a Workspace" page. Then, after selecting the destination Workspace(s), your file will be ready to go.
