The Ci Media Cloud team has launched Ci Academy, a learning management system built to provide a rich, video-first on-boarding and user education.
Rather than highlight product features, the lessons will be "goal focused" - showing users how to achieve goals and use Ci to get their work done.
Ci Academy aims to help educate first-time users on how to get started with Ci, explain Ci’s core features and functionality, how or where Ci fits into their media workflows, and help administrators learn how best to structure their Ci account to get the most out of the platform.
